This is essentially a one on one session where I use any combination of modalities I am proficient in to help you untie whatever knots are holding you up and get you back on your path operating from a place of authentic empowerment. Sometimes its hard to see the big picture when you are standing in the middle of it, and a little help is needed from an outside perspective.
