So far, this year has been filled with unprecedented events and many changes in the world we have known. As a living tradition the egregore of Hazelwood is also changing to meet the moment in these shifting times. We want to create a Beltane ritual by the community, for the community. What does this mean? We need you! Calling all artists, visionaries and folk who are children at heart (or even just actual children!) to come together to create a Beltane festival unlike any other.

We want your help to create a celebration of fertility and growth in a collective ritual experience that is free for the community and open to all ages - this relies on volunteering and donation. We invite you to collaborate on various projects that interest YOU such as…

• Performing - music, poetry, singing, dancing, etc

• Making flower or ribbon garlands, crowns, and masks

• Donating flowers, greenery, ribbons, wood

• Sacred fire tenders and dancers

• Constructing a maypole for a maypole dance

• Creating a community potluck feast

• Creating a community garden

• Organizing local clean-up events
